Thought this Munguia guy was supposed to be huge? Doesn't look bigger than Smith at all. That Ali fight has hyped this guy too much for my liking, wouldn't really surprise me if Smith beats him. Still gotta favour him to beat Smith though, just hoping its a good fight!

None really but he's clearly a level above Smith.

That's right because Smith's also beaten nobody yet hasn't looked near the class Munguia has.

I think Munguia is a wide puncher and nothing special at this current time. He's a prospect and will improve. Jermall Charlo would wipe him out.

Liam Smith is better than people give him credit but i think his high guard defense and his lack of aggression at times will let Munguia do what he wants. Munguia does leave himself wide open with the wide stance and punching. Smith could capitalize with a counter.

I think Munguia will win but you can't write Liam Smith off.

I’m not here shouting Liam Smith is world class. I’m here stating he’s nowhere near as bad as people make out whilst at the same time Munguia is nowhere near as good as people are making out.

You’re bang on the money here, mate. I definitely get that feeling too.

I’m going to stick my neck out here on this one. I think Munguia could try and make a statement here. He’s hungry and will want to stop Smith. I can see Joe Gallagher tactics being similar to the ones he set out for Crolla v Barroso. Get through the first 3-4 rounds, step in and out with the jab, absorb the shots through the gloves and shoulders, make him work hard but also make him believe he can get Smith out of there quick so he keeps throwing those big, energy zapping shots.

He’s used to getting the job done early. He’s only done 10 rounds once in his last 20 fights. I’m going for Liam Smith to weather the storm and take over the fight to win the belt.

    I'm not anti Liam Smith.

I just don't rate Liam Smith that highly and Manguia punches very hard, very hard and I believe Smith will lose interest after a few rounds (if he is upright) and roll over from a body shot.

I don't believe Smith will take the power, especially to the body.
