After the style he employed to beat old shot to **** never that good to begin with helenius Whyte would do to keep his mouth shut.

Did Parker get his tactics wrong against Joshua? Yes. But to call the man a coward is beyond ridiculous.

Don't think any fighters who steps into the ring is a coward, it's a very pejorative term to use in regards to boxing.

Whyte is just being Whyte, he's annoyingly smug and cocky at times and does a good job of getting under peoples skin. It's why Joshua abandoned his boxing completely in their fight and came out swinging and almost got dropped because of it.

Parker doesn't seem the type to so easily get ruffled. We've seen Joshua rise to the bate a few times, he looked pissed off recently against Miller and when he had that face to face with Breazeale you could tell the trash talking bothered him. Parker in contrast never looked pissed, not calm either, nobody likes being called a coward especially a boxer from such a prideful nation where masculinity is so important, but he held it together well. I suspect Whyte's talk will be like water off a ducks back in regards to Parker.

No. Parker just knows that talking before a fight is stupid because the only thing that matters is IF you gonna win or lose and if you gonna lose then your whole talk comes back to you and i think he respects Whyte as an opponent so he will give the answer in the ring. Just in the ring. And this is a good attitude. Parker is a classy man. Whyte is a trash talking piece of ****. Can't wait to see him getting KTFO.

Not sure why claiming your opponent is a coward is any worse than claiming you're gonna knock him out.

I recall Parker claiming he was going to KO Joshua......
Yet didnt try for a KO in 12 rounds....

    Coward? Or a liar?

Bs. One thing is disrespectful and simply disgusting if we're considering that actually people died in the ring in the past and boxing is a dangerous sports and the other thing is simply speaking for a strong self belief and confidence. You can not compare those two things at all.

Whyte is such an idiot. He makes it so hard to like him. I mean he's no Wilder but he's objectionable.

Can't wait for Parker to Crack that Easter egg shaped head of Whytes, no man who steps into that ring should be called a coward regardless of how they fought, criticize the performance yes, label them a coward absolutely never.

I know Dillian hasn't had an easy path to the top but he does keep on playing the victim card while at the same time throwing out really objectionable insults about others.

lol can't believe Hearn is trying to sell Whyte as this dominant heavyweight. I do wish Wilder did accept that fight with Whyte so he could knock him out.

I completely agree, I'm not making excuses for Whyte, he is a grown man and responsible for what he said and he called Parker a coward, it was very clear.

I just think it was the wrong word, maybe Whyte didn't or doesn't have the vocabulary to express himself clearly, I just thought it was more to do with Parkers attitude to the fight and his lack of giving it a real go.

That is what Whyte went on to talk about when explaining why he called him a coward, maybe if he called him a "content loser" or something then there wouldn't be this reaction.

Maybe it was deliberate to get a reaction from Parker, try and make him come to fight, get him angry, I personally don't believe it worked, Parker is far too cool to drawn in to that kind of thing.

I hate ot on here when people call fighters "cowards", it really irritates me so I'm not condoning what he said, I honestly believe he didn't express his opinion properly and did it in a blunt and uncalled for way.
