Usyk is the best fighter in the world overall weight classes, only Wilder or Joshua have a decent chance to beat him via a lucky punch.

 

BTW, had it 11-1... I thought Gassiev took the 2nd round... because Usyk outworked him but didn't really land... as the fight went on Usyk's punches got through which a much greater consistency.

Usyk 120 beats Gassiev 108 on my scorecard.

 

Usyk ripped Gassiev's manhood from him, what a demoralizing schooling. Just hope Gassiev isn't Lacy'd from this.

fantastic performance, about as close to perfect as you can get. Can't help think that he was against a very overmatched opponent, credit for Gassiev for taking everything he had thrown at him though, clearly he's hard as nails. Uysk well up there on the p4p lists, nice to see some tears of joy as well at the final bell, shows how much it means to him. I'll be very curious to see where he goes from here. No doubt that the heavyweight division is beconing, my only worry is if Gassiev was able to get through with 10-15 hard meaningful punchers, I don't doubt the current crop at heavy in the 10 can also do that.

 

Yeah but remember corruption? Usyk can win every round and still get robbed against Wilder or Joshua.

120-108 Usyk. Quite the masterpiece, produced by a guy who might just be the best boxer in the sport right now. He's definitely now in my Top 5 on the basis of that performance.

Also...Let the record show that Russ Anber must be a pretty good trainer, after all.

 

Just putting it out there but Eubank Jr was crucified on here after the Groves loss even though he actually won rounds and nearly got the stoppage at the end.

Gassiev here didn’t win a single round and essentially got Lacy’d.
