Brit here and Joshua fan, I concede Usyk may very well be a threat, his movement will give Joshua fits and unlike Parker Usyk can counter so Joshua can't just try and walk him down. I welcome the threat he brings, can only be good for the division and boxing. Plus Joshua will need another threat once he's KO'ed Wilder and Fury.
i havent really followed the cruisers, what little ive seen didnt make me take notice, maybe i will take a closer look at usyk now that hes getting tossed around in not just the p4p list, but the top of the list.

Not every brit is like you, some brits get panic attacks as soon as someone tells them joshua is beatable. You guys tend to overrate your fighters more than others . England beats tunisia and panama , and that’s good enough for many of you to believe that football is really coming home . Same thing with Joshua , he goes life and death with shot 41yo wlad and many brits consider him one of the best ever.
I bashed him? Go ahead and post what I said. Would love to see. to be honest, I feel like you'll say 'bash' on anything. But we'll see. with norpporn, I just asked some questions, which he answered. And in the end, was all good, no feelings hurt. Are you his psychic or something?
@Brighton bomber is one of the very best posters on the forum … very honest assessments of all the fighters, even the ones he supports. I think the US historically was just as good at hyping fighters, however the thing is that the major UK sports news channels are allied to the promoters and therefore purposely overhype the fighters. The football is a little different though. Most England supporters realized that France / Belgium / Brazil / etc. were all better than their team, they were hoping to sneak into the final via an easy draw and anything can happen in one game. I don't know one England supporter who thought they had the best team in the tournament at any point.
It was one of the finest displays of elite boxing we have seen in years. And in the back yard of his opponent. Whether he can transfer this skillset effectively up to HW I don't know but I think it's likely and can't wait to see him try.
wayne rooney does box but he wasnt playing this time its coming home is a song lyric, thats why they sing it. There is no song for Joshua going back to Nigeria.
You misunderstand us brits; we have expandable allegiance. Joshua wins and we’re like, “English and proud” Andy Murray smashes tennis and we’re like, “brits rule” Usyk dominates boxing and we be like, “don’t mess with us Europeans” He’s one of us
