Damn I feel bad for bad for Webb. Dave Allen gave Luis Ortiz a real tough night so that must mean Allen is a top 5 world heavyweight.

 

Bout time someone stepped up to give big Nick Webb a crack. Should be a good scrap this one.

 

Absolute desperation from Hearn, what a shambles of a card.

Hope Cook is being compensated. He tweeted about how loads of his friends and family lost money on flights when Brook pulled out. Then presumably they rebooked flights when the Eggington fight was announced and now I'm assuming some will have lost out twice!

But yea, still a decent card but no way PPV worthy! Whyte-Parker and Chisora-Takam as a PPV?

And boxrec has Allen-Webb scheduled for12, why? Should be 8 at most.

 

Brook's injury was all over Twitter three weeks before it was announced. Hearn was sitting on it, still advertised Brook on the PPV and did nothing to clarify the situation even though he was being asked about it under pretty much all of his tweets. Then out of nowhere, Sky advertised Eubank Jr on a trailer for the show. Then it turned out that Eubank Jr had rejected the chance to appear on the show and only then did Hearn pull Eggington out of his arse in place of Brook.

Clearly Hearn has managed this card awfully and if it was Warren he'd be crucified on boxing forums.

 

Webb sucks but Allen is completely disinterested(fat/out of shape) Otherwise I'd make him a clear favorite here. Still even a fat Allen asked some questions of Yoka at times.... Maybe he cam still beat the very unimpressive Webb?
