    His comments:
“I’ve said for a while that I’d love to fight for a world title if I can get to a shot. I will be looking to find my form on Friday and in this game – especially at heavyweight – you’re only ever two or three wins away from something special.

“You’ll rarely see me in a bad fight. I can hold my hands up and say I’ve not got the greatest chin in the world. I’ve been out twice cold but it’s not an issue to me. I have power in my own punches and that always makes for exciting fights.”

Price is really delusional. He doesn't deserve a shot at a title.
He can punch hard, but showed multiple times that a good opponent knocks him down, everytime he gets hit.

He doesn't dezerve a shot straight away I agree.
However I have no problems with him working himself into contention.
I also agree with him when he talks about his strengths and weaknesses. Khan also has a weak chin but he's still achieved.
David is knocking on now and although it's true that the hw can usually carry on till a later age, if David is serious about pushing on he needs to find the right coach.
I've been saying for a long time that he needs a good defensive coach, Virgil would of been ideal.

What did he say that's delusional? I thought that was a pretty accurate and brutally honest assessment.

He will never make it to a world title shot. He could possibly make half decent money on the ppv/massive cards as an under card fighter against gate keepers etc etc.

It's up to Price if he carries on, and as long as he is physically cleared to fight he has the right to earn a living doing what he has dedicated years of his life to.

The concern from a human standpoint is that he is alarmingly vulnerable to brutal, concussive knockouts. He is there to be hit, and when he does he reacts in a way that world-level heavyweights generally don't. He's not someone who is going to slot easily into a gatekeeper role, as he hits too hard, while at the same time being liable to get knocked out himself by any fringe contender that he can't blast away. He'll always be looking to climb the ladder, but will inevitably be knocked off when he reaches too high.

The only fight that really makes sense is Fury, as the chances of a devastating knockout are much reduced and there is a good back story there. Otherwise he is just marking time until he gets Povetkin'd again.

god forbid a man have dreams for the career he has dedicated his life to. He's actually being very open and honest there, the polar opposite to delusional

I was thinking Fury too but like you say he hits to hard to much of a risk for a gate keeper. I think Fury would swerve the slight possibility Price could ko while he trys getting back to the top.

If Price had thirty seconds left in the round where he had Povetkin doing the reverse limbo, he'd be facing Joshua at Wembley.

Once Price has had his comeback fight, who do you even match him with who's beatable? Could he beat this version of Helenius? Would he beat a Travis Kaufman type?

It's delusional for him to think he will get to a position to fight for a world title. He's never won at Euro level.

He must be desperate for money, surely he knows that if he goes above British level he's going to get brutally knocked out, actually even at British level the likes of Dubois and Joe Joyce would likely spark him, not sure he'd even beat Chisora now.

I'd rather watch David Price than a Dave Allen fight.

If he's medically okay to fight then keep on earning a few quid and entertaining us.

Nah, he landed a good shot and Povetkin lost his balance for a moment. He was 100% recovered 5 seconds later...

This has become a myth.Povetkin didn’t even go down,he recovered enough to KTFO out Price in the very next round.
