Davey Moore, from the 1980s, was working on his car in his drive, and the car started rolling down the drive. And he put his back up against the rear end and tried to stop it from rolling down into the street with his feet, but his feet slipped and the car kept rolling and he got folded under it and ruptured a bunch of organs, which killed him.

Kobozev worked as a bouncer in a nightclub and he threw out some guys who were in the Russian mob and (I believE) roughed them up. A couple days later, they either saw him on the street or dropping his car off at a garage and snatched him up and killed him. The Russian mob guys were prosecuted.

Wlad victim Cody Koch died in some sort of bar altercation. He was 25-2 at the time, losing only to Ed Mahone and Waldo. Details seemed sketchy.

He was actually brought to the Mafia bosses house and killed then buried in his back yard. Really crazy stuff.

He's still living, but Denis Boytsov's career ended when he either drunkenly fell on the subway tracks or was put there at the hands of gangsters. We would've seen him in a few big fights otherwise.

    James Schuler
    Stanley Ketchel
Billy Miske (does he count, given that he fought while terminally ill?)

Najai Turpin (rip) who killed himself after being eliminated from The Contender reality show while going through a custody battle to be able to spend more time with his two year daughter. I've had several friends go through serious depression while fighting to get more visitation time with their kids after a divorce/break upon. In a world with so many losers who abandon their children, its a huge downer when a man who wants to be a devoted parent has to fight just to get two weekends a month with their kids.

Ketchel was obviously killed by a jealous husband, Schuler died in an accident, and Miske died of Bright's Disease (kidney ailment)

Tybius Flowers was a Philly based gatekeeper in the early 2000s with a solid 17-6 record who fought Rafael Pineda in his most prominent bout. He was helping local authorities solve a recent drug related murder near his neighborhood when he was shot to death, most likely in retaliation for his cooperation with the police.

Unless I'm mistaken, Flowers was killed around the same time Eammon Maggee was nearly beaten to death in some kind of assault/bizaare car jacking.
