    Marvis was a Golden Gloves champ as an amateur, and beat Bugner, Bonecrusher, Tillis and Broad as a pro. He didn't have the chin or size to go all the way, but he was a talented fighter. Light years beyond the level Benn is likely to get to.

    My my.... Conor will pick up brain damage by the time of his 25th birthday if he keeps fighting like that.

    This isn't even domestic level and he's going life and death with doormen.

    His Daddy needs to tell him to pack it in before he gets seriously hurt.

    He's not just disappointed by that Benn performance, he's hurt.

    Benn won well enough but I fear for him if they ever throw him in with anyone world class with a bit of pop. He's not even American Class, IMO.

    Conor Benn does not do it for me. He is a game lad and he is getting better and showed more variety today using lateral movement and making the other guy miss a lot. However I don’t see him developing into a world class fighter or champion.
