Joseph Parker's chin is overrated and is suspect! He never had the best chin in the heavyweights

Park has a chin, that left hook that dillian caught him with also rocked AJ. He doesn’t have the courage to risk it all nor does he have the concentration and stamina too keep his construct and stick to his game plan.

Have you ever heard of Mariusz Wach? Or Andy Ruiz Jr? Or Alexander Povetkin? They all have better chins. Especially Mariusz Wach who has never even been dropped once, despite facing multiple knockout artists.

It's better than that fragile mandible Wilder's packing. Whyte would knock that fraud spark out, which is exactly why Wilder's handlers avoid him like the plague.

I've seen harder punchers land harder punches on more durable heavyweights who didn't even see the canvas. So no, I disagree with that statement.

How has he got a glass chin when he has been in there with 5 top 10 HW? Only man to drop hIm was a big puncher in Klitschko.

Headclash in Rd 2 which was counted bogusly as a kd seems to have left him dazed, from Rd 3 on he was closing his eyes, had no energy even when opening were there he could hardly throw the punches. If that wasn't the reason he should retire. He should get L Lewis to come into his camp and teach him a few things.

Saying Parker's chin is suspect it's like saying Richard Branson is not rich.
    It's just incorrect.

Ever heard of Mariusz Wach? Who fought opponents that hit much harder than anybody Deontay Wilder faced.

Let me rephrase anyone who was in the top 5 hasn’t the deck.

    AJ on the floor
    Ortiz on the floor
    Whyte on the floor
Parker got up off the floor
    Wilder nah not yet atleast

When Wach actually does something of note you let me know cause as of right now he’s just another bum in the HW division who’ll never get a title

Yeah, Wach's chin is great too. But he hasn't fought since November and doesn't have any fight scheduled yet, so I'm not sure he's even active anymore nor is he a top heavyweight anyway at this point of his career.

Povetkin's chin looks quite good too, but he seemed hurt by Klitschko's jab at moments, which is a bit confusing.

I haven't really seen much of Ruiz. He hasn't been with many top opponents so far, so it's hard to say.

This thread is about the entirety of the heavyweight division and not just the top 5 heavyweights.

This thread also has nothing to do with any other quality, other than the chin / durability of current heavyweights. So Wach being a 'bum' or Wach never getting a title shot has absolutely no relevance whatsoever. Nor does it disprove the fact that Wach's chin is the most proven and the best out of current heavyweights today.

    And yes, Wach's chin > Wilder's chin.

Until he is officially retired, he counts as a current heavyweight. Therefore, going by current heavyweights, Wach's chin is the most tested and proven against legitimate power punchers and he is yet to even be dropped. This isn't about just 'top heavyweights', but the entirety of the heavyweight division.

Alexander Povetkin has never been stopped in over 200 amateur + pro boxing bouts combined. Not once!
