personally i'd have given 3G the nod on aggression but I have no issue with a draw being given to an even contest outside my preference for coming forward

 

Golovkin doesn't make his own decisions on who he will fight, so that is my biggest problem with him.And he never fights who public wants to fight him besides two fights with Canelo. I don't believe he will move up for Degale because first of all I'm not sure he will beat Canelo. And fight with older Degale is meaningless. For me Golovkin will never be in top 5 greatest middle-weights and even top 10 because for me he hasn't faced the best to date and he isn't his own men decision wise. Who cares for Degale fight?!

 

And his interviews are so boring that I don't watch them anymore but he still among the top 3 middleweights in world.

 

i think you people forget that Chunky is a decent legacy fight, remember he is still a champion in recess.

this is an interdivisional clash like clenelo-GGG albeit not a mutually elite one.

i think GGG did spend too long being an IBO titlist, which kept him away from world class opposition, but I dont tihnk he intended to duck people doing this, he just wanted to honor the IBO. a kind of loyalty..but it cost him a lot, meaning he only went world class in 2014.

its true that he couldda dumped IBO and went bigtime sooner, though how he'd have fared at top level bck then I cant say.

Canelo HAD to go through with the fight after the antics he pulled when he handed the WBC title back like a sissy This is the fourth time they are scheduled to fight.; Canelo jibbed out of two of those. They juiced him up backed him to the hilt last time he STILL couldn't seriously worry GGG. They had to gift the4 juicer a draw

Hes been in the ring with an ATG and other elites too....thats more than GGG has done so far. Bit crazy calling ALvarez the coward of the two when hes been in with more top level fighters, and still years younger of GGG.
