If everyone around you is telling you that you're a know nothing piece of garbage, then it's mostly likely a sign that you're garbage.

Any idea why Eddie decided not to pay off the Chisora/Takam referee?

Any thoughts on why his paying all these referees hasn't come to light anywhere? Or has it?

All bases are covered so why would it come out?

Chisora's fight wasn't important in the grand scheme of things, that's why the ref wasn't instructed to influence the fight.

Likewise do you think Eddie is going to pay ref's to influence Dave Allen's fights?

Whyte and Conor are young fighters with a sizable following in the uk. There is a lot more riding on them winning to continue the delusion that they're special.

All due respect - but that's ridiculous.

I don't know anything about this. The idea of wholescale corruption in British boxing has just been revealed to me.

It's been going on for a long time.

    Have a look at this...

There's many more of this shocking instances which I cant be asked to find and bring to you.

But you'd have to be very naive to think these ref's are not given instructions by promoters to protect their fighter and ensure they are given the best chance to win.

Right, these are examples of bad refereeing in favour of the home fighter.

This has been a problem in boxing for as long as there's been boxing. The idea is that if a given official wants to be invited back to work for a given promoter he needs that promoter to think highly of him. If he wants the cash payment, the nice hotels etc. And that this has led to inherent bias to the hometown fighter.

You've uncovered something different though. Watching your television you've uncovered systemic bribery and corruption perpetrated by Matchroom boxing. Of course, you can't prove it, but you're certain it's occurred.

You understand, I'm sure, that other people watching television might not have your skills in detecting corruption, and thereby miss the point.

As Eddie Hearn is bribing dozens of officials with 2-6 fixers every year though, at least we can rest assured that the truth will very likely out before too long. I'll look forwards to that.

    More nonsense about refs.

The ref allowed Whyte and Parker to fight on the inside.....Whyte completely bullied Parker.

The ref for Joshua v Whyte was just as lenient.....Joshua completely bullied Whyte.

Joshua has a terrific inside game, probably the best in the division.

That's cause Whyte is way stronger than Parker and AJ is way stronger than Whyte,
but the referee in AJ vs Whyte certainly did better job than IJ Lewis yesterday.

I only have an issue with refs when they're inconsistent.

Joshua v Parker - Neither man was allowed to fight on the inside.

Whyte v Parker - Both men were allowed to do what they wanted.

    That's fine by me...

True enough though you failed to mention that Whyte was nowhere near his best on account of the injury to his shoulder, watched every fight after his op and it took him ages to get that left working 100%.
Chisora against Pulev was bereft of ideas, very one dimensional as is Whyte but he is dangerous.

Povetkin has a better inside game.
