Now prime Bowe was somewhat bigger and certainly faster than prime Foreman. But this matchup has always made me question because Bowe was relatively easy to hit and Foreman would come plowing through on a rampage and I don't know how Bowe's chin would react to Foreman's punching power and if it doesn't hold up, all of Bowe's technical skills go out the window.

    So Bowe

    Give me Foreman.

In the Foreman / Norton video they were criticizing Foreman for not being much of a boxer. Now, I hate to disagree with Ali, but to me he was outboxing Norton. Foreman has a long, hard jab here, and it was landing accurately. He easily slipped Norton's power shots, which makes me think he'll do the same to Bowe's sloppy swings. Yeah, Foreman looks somewhat wild himself, but I think part of it is his build; he's not going to look graceful however he boxes. Notice how he has no problem in landing hooks and uppercuts on Norton. Bowe has a slight size advantage but it's not that big and we have to ask how much is muscle and how much is fat.

He looked pretty lean at 235 pounds IMO. I think this would be a case of like when engineers design these state of the art buildings and then a big enough earthquake comes along and the whole building just falls over. In this analogy, Bowe is the state of the art building with his boxing skills and inside fighting and being the epitome of a modern heavyweight. While Foreman is the earthquake that comes and just topples the 5 million dollar complex.

I think Foreman could get Bowe out of there.

I have Foreman ripping in to Bowe fast .Riddick going to war back ,which proves a costly mistake. Big Daddy' would be down several times before the refs seen enough .

You think that Bowe might score a knockdown on Foreman before the end comes?

Riddick Bowe is ten fold better than Ron Lyle.

Bowe has ONE razor thin loss on his record against a ATG.

You could not KO Bowe even when he was washed up beyond washed up.

With Eddie Futch in his corner and in shape like he was in the Holyfield fight Foreman has to get him out quick otherwise he will be counted out.

I think Foreman brings more intensity, he would be attacking from the opening bell. I don't know that Bowe can match the heat George is bringing.

Foreman by TKO in 5-6 rounds.

I do not know if it is relevant or not but Old Foreman stated several times he would not get into the Ring with either Lewis or Bowe at that stage of his career. He called out Tyson or Holyfield but went radio silent in regards to those two.

Hmm......if Bowe had an ATG heavyweight chin, he'd win this. The one thing that Lyle may have had over Bowe is an ability to take a better punch which would count for a lot vs Foreman

Old Foreman wasn't as fast or explosive as his younger counter part

I don't see him getting a kd over Foreman ,he'd get some leather in but I see George taking it well .And Foreman would have him in trouble very early. If Herbie Hide could rattle Bowe early then George is doing DAMAGE.

I mean, one could say that Lyle took Foreman to the brink, on the other hand, Lyle may have had better punch resistance than Bowe.

Foreman saw the Bowe types on the streets in the Houston 5th Ward and brawled with them all the time.

Foreman in 5 rounds or less.
