no. To be honest though, I don't want to see this fight. He should fight Porter/Garcia winner since Thurman is terrified.

 

Cmon bro, there's been numerous lightweights who have skipped 140 to fight at 147 in the past and been successful so its not uncommon. The thing with GGG and Brook was that G was quoted saying he would never fight Brook because he was small and went ahead and did it anyways, so any backlash given was warranted. I had no problem with rigo and Loma.

Not really "race-baiting". It happens on both sides. But I just find it funny, how you'd be the first one to jump on any "American" fans calling out blatant racism. But when a non-EE anti "American" fan calls out similar things, you won't say a word. You're not race-baiting or playing the victim card if you're pro-ee!

 

I wouldn't count Mikey out against Spence just yet. Spence is a good fighter but he gets hit way too easy, and Mikey is a subperb technician in the ring. If he dictate s the pace he could definitely pull it off.

However if Mikey can't hurt Spence, Spence's physicality might be too much and mikey would probably end up getting stopped. It's an intriguing fight that I definitely want to see happen.

 

Louis had a huge weight advantage over Conn. Louis was 199.5 lbs and Conn was 174 lbs, though it was reported that Louis was actually 204 and Conn only 169.

As far as Spence's advantages over Mikey, for me it comes back to the fact that Mikey just beat a guy who is taller than Spence and has a longer reach than Spence. I mean lets be real, Robert Easter had an 8 inch reach advantage over Mikey, while Spence only has a 4 inch reach advantage over Mikey.

Another thing to consider is hand speed. It seems to me that Mikey has faster hands than Spence and is a better inside fighter than Spence. As the smaller guy, Mikey's advnatage is to cut off the ring and get inside on Spence much like he did with Easter. Another thing is that Mikey is a better combination puncher than Spence and has better punch variety.

 

Whenever I see the usual suspects bring up black fans, or stuff like he only gets hated because he's "white", I expect you and @rorschach51 to be the first ones that call it out .
