When all black fighters back the black fighter, it’s bias.

Loma should be getting most of the picks. He’s simply better.

Gervonta is good, I rate him, but I don't see any reason to pick him over Loma.

Davis's attitude to making weight tells me everything I need to know about who wins this fight.

Loma makes him quit on the stall if it happens but it as Davies team will avoid this fight.

just more resume stuffing for loma, mikey at 135 or pac at 140 should be the only fights he should be looking at. just like mikey, they do a whole lot of talking bout how good they are, so get on that bone.

legit fighter not on the level of loma, pac, or garcia. davis makes good matches with guys like berchelt.
lomas chances for career defining victory will only happen this coming year. when pac retires or gets beat, mikey moves up for good, who will be left that most fans will know 30 years from now?

No offense but this might have sored above or around your perception radar. I’m not questioning the level of subjective thinking on the part of the fighters backing Davis. I’m commenting on the auto reaction specific to black fighters as if this doesn’t happen across the board with all ethnicities. Also it’s a bit aggressive to label someone “bias” based solely on their fight prediction between two fighters from separate socio ethnic groups. Human biased is broken down into several different layers and can be given a particular severity gradient. You could easily call black fighters backing other black fighters (reasonably talented fighters in general) as a form of egocentric biased. It’s natural to back your consciously or subconsciously favored phenotype. What if the fighters have a anti-social desirability biased agenda or they’re just overly confident in their well established opinions.

Let’s not be so quick to judge.

    It’s bias

If I back a white fighter over a fighter who is black, but the black fighter is far superior, that’s bias

This. If Davis was more active and took his career seriously I'd say it's a 50/50 fight, but as of now I think Loma outhustles him to a decision.

Davis would lose his mind in the very deepest recesses of the Matrix. He will be fully lobotomized by the start of the second round, and from that point the viewer will be forced to see 6 more chilling, even slightly scary rounds, before Tank's corner calls it off.

OK I guess we’ll just ignore hundreds of years of cognitive bias study and go with your over arching definition which removes all forms of motivational factoring To develop a functional biased.

Trust me there’s a big portion of my psyche that envies your conclusiveness. It’s decisive and yet simplistic please don’t think I’m trying to patronize you because I’m not .
