He might be, although he says that he wants the fight to test himself against Usyk, who he thinks is amazing.

yeh joshua wont duck, but i believe joshua in his own mind thinks he is the most powerful fighter in the division and would clean out wilder, but uysk will give him fits..

Damn literally everybody is lining up to get at Wilder or Joshua, or both, and i have no doubt about those 2 wanting each other too. Think this is a great era, good or poor era it does not matter its a competitive era. Im a big Joshua fan but im a far bigger Boxing fan, i do worry for my favourite fighters when they take on tough challenges but not to the point i wouldnt want the fight.

Uysk coming up in weight and the WBO doing that can only be a good thing for a Boxing fan, there cant be many who wouldnt wana see that fight. Im not sure Uysk will press for that fight straight away but he might just think **** it lets roll big and if i lose its far from game over for me. And if i win??? Boom.

    Joshua
    Usyk
    Fury
    Wilder

If Usyk is as good as his word, Fury makes it back, and Wilder proves himself as good as his fans think he is, this era could just about deliver.

Fury beats Wilder, Usyk beats Joshua, Wilder beats Usyk, Joshua beats Wilder, Wilder beast Usyk hahahahaha quality.

I'm not sure to start at heavyweight fighting Joshua is the right thing to do for Usyk... I guess the best way out of the situation would be to cooperate with Hearn ( ) and to work out some sort of "road-map" — potential opponents, time limits, etc. In this way Usyk will also get much better money.
It's good for Usyk, anyway. In general, Usyk is lucky to have this tournament. Not lucky to win it, just to have such great opportunity.

Things are starting to look exciting. I agree with the above poster, I don't think his first fight at HW should be against the supposed best of the division.

Hey everybody wants to fight relatively weak champions for a title? Who would have thought?

It's not like the champions are Lennox Lewis and Muhammad Ali.

Usyk should fight Whyte after Bellew.

Thing is Usyk is such a good boxer and can take a shot, same thing BJS has made a career out of,unlikely to pose a threat power wise but he can outbox just about anyone imo.

"As good as his fans think he is"...so you don't think he's as good as the other guys on that list?

I consider myself a Wilder fan but I disagree with your assessment.

I don’t think it’s anything to get excited about. I think Usyk will face Bellew at Cruiser first then maybe want one or two at heavy before taking on AJ. Also why activate a mandatory and take 25% when he could probably take a big bonus off Hearn for waiting.
