Wilder is pure rubbish but i think he takes fury's head off. Fury is feather fisted and has been dropped by feather fister cruisers
I honestly don't know if it will happen this year, and while I think Fury would maybe benefit from more time to prepare, on the flip side, more time might also allow him to become "less ready", if that makes sense. But, from what I've gathered, Fury has continued getting in better shape since his return bout. So yeah, I think he could be ready by year's end, and I believe he can defeat Wilder and AJ if he's close to form.
Here’s one of my concerns rummy, not just fact will he be ready but maybe will it be a case of over training by all accounts he lost 8 stone in 6 months at start of year then fought in June then fights in August then fights wilder in December that seems like almost a lot of trauma to put the body through in such a short space of time, espically due to the fact that most likely if he is to win wilder fight it will probably have to go the distance not that I don’t think fury at his best is not capable of possibly stopping wilder but the probable outcome if fury is to win would be by decision. Also I’m very concerned with Tyson having a big fight without peter in his corner, peter was a big part of Tyson not having lapses in the ring and if there is one fight where he can’t afford to switch off for even a second it is against wilder.
Good points, all. Reminds me of the situation with Bowe losing all the weight before the Golota rematch. But for what it's worth, I hope Fury is close to form and I hope the fight happens. It's a fascinating match-up.
Good points. The flip side might be, that if Wilder vs Fury did well on US-PPV, well, then I think it could work against Hearn. But it would have to do solid PPV numbers to invalidate what you said, and I'm not sure it would.
Yeah it’s a truly brillant fight, the lay off from Tyson and the recent improvement’s that wilder has shown makes its such a must watch and a closer fight that what it would of been when they first had there in ring confrontatio. I’m interested to see what Tyson’s foot Work is like in his next fight because to me in his last fight and in a lot of his training videos he’s looked a lot less fleet of feet and also in his last fight he was backing up in straight lines to much with hands down (but I do think a part of that might also of been due to the small stature of his opponent) few things for him to iron out still and I really hope he can get back to at least 90% of him former self but I really think he needs peter back.
i think wilder ko's fury, now or next year. neither one can fight a lick on the inside, and from the outside, ill put my money on wilders bazooka over furys bb guns.
Fury's claim to fame is outboxing a shot WK who could not employ his usual jab and grab, could not let his hands go because of his china chin........in one of the most boring Heavyweight snooze fest of the century.where Fury pitty pattied for 12..otherwise his resume is pure shid...Lewis /Tua was equally as bad..... Wilder is not shot, lets his hands go, is way faster than old WK and has a endless gas tank..........I do not have a problem for someone picking Fury but that he wins is no forgone conclusion, it all depends how he can take the right hand which will land, guaranteed. As far as a long Heavyweight lay off, well, Mike Tyson , Ali, Tony Tucker, Buster Douglas etc etc were never the same after years out of the Ring. In the end , they will not fight anytime soon..........there is no way no how Fury is ready after beating a couple of Tomato cans.....unless he wants to cash out which is a distinct possibility. If they fight I would put my money on Wilder to either cruise to a UD because of Fury fighting a negative fight or Wilder's right will spark him out.......
Yeah that is a possibility that has to be considered, we don't know what Wilder is capable of when it comes to PPV, he might have a hidden fanbase and do incredible numbers and then you're right it does backfire on Hearn and could cost him. My concern for the event and PPV is Team Wilder and FW selling it. Hearn could sell sand to the Middle East, he might be a tosser but he really can sell anything and that's why AJ does incredible numbers across the board. Wilder has been poorly promoted in my opinion for a long time and FW seems to struggle to sell out venues here in the UK so unless there is a major improvement in their promotional skills (both sides) and a change in how they sell events I think it may struggle. Then Hearn will become completely unbearable, he will look justified in everything he has said and his offers look amazing and Team Wilder could look a little foolish. Even I wouldn't be able to stomach that for long.
This will never happen, Wilder will want a 90/10 spilit and then moan on Twitter for a couple of years about no one wanting to fight him.
