Sounds like a good fight. He's not really ready for Usyk, but RJJ would be easy work. Plus, RJJ needs to stop. I would like the Howard fight as well as Shimmell. I love the CW division, but not many do. There are tons of fights to be made to solidify a true champion. Bellew is weak to be a top 5 fighter. Usyk could clear out the top 10 if he could get the fights. I'm interested in Hunter though. He's not on Usyk's level, but in another 10-12 fights he could very well be a top 10 fighter. We will see....there should be more interest in the division. Isaiah Thomas was in an great fight when the fight was ruled a no contest. Thomas looked to be on his way to losing his zero and got saved.
McCracken is a lot better than his record suggests and actually has a ranking I see. Not a bad fight but he is only a semi-pro.
Kovalev sparred with Michael Hunter in Oxnard before the upcoming Eleider Alvarez fight and spoke highly of him.
Usyk said that he decided to brawl with Hunter, because he didn't want to hear boos from the crowd. And brawling is not his style, so he lost some rounds. But still Hunter showed that he is underrated and might become a world champion soon.
