I love both MMA and Boxing however the two fights are ALMOST A MONTH APART

 

I'm a big fan of both sport and have friends that watch one and not the other. Very few crossover to the other sport. Also the fights aren't on the same night. It is about a month apart. This will have little to no impact on either PPV.

 

Undoing wasn't the right word. What i meant was that it is a big fight but could have been bigger. Put 2 people with genuine animosity in a room together coupled with them both being elite fighters wouldn't do the PPV figured any harm

 

I agree that promoting the rematch more could have potentially generated more interest. Canelo doesn't come across as a greedy money hungry person, so it doesn't surprise me that he doesn't care about the promotion. I've never seen Canelo put money over legacy like so many fighters do. I feel doesn't want to deal with the show and acting required to promote a fight and wants to focus 100% on his training.

Agree with that. I actually look at the deal he took for Cotto and feel that some of todays young fighters (who are nowhere near the star now he was then) could learn a lot from, are being greedy with what they want to fight Pacquiao. It shouldn't be about getting huge money, they should just want a dominant win over him and the exposure that goes with it.

 

There is a month difference between fights, they wont affect each other.

Khabib is like Lomachenko but in takedowns & grappling. None so far was able to stop him.
