It was terrible. It was like watching a couple of ten year olds who've only just started boxing windmill at each other. Women just aren't built for fighting and that's that. But even ignoring the terrible of quality, women fighting just isn't nice to see. It's like seeing two blokes snogging, if they want to do that then that's up to them but you instinctively know it's unnatural and wrong and are therefore repulsed and disgusted by it. The only women who should be anywhere near a boxing ring are the ring girls and the fit Sky Sports presenters.

Dont think we will be seeing much of Macklin anytime soon they way he spoke the truth on Yelusinov.

i think i'm the only one who was quietly impressed with yeleussinov. His opponent did not help at all, and i think his style will look really classy with the right opponent, but Gorbics or whatever his name was, wasn't him. Macklin was saying he didn't have any power, but everytime he hit Gorbics, Gorbics look like he'd just seen a ghost and definitely rocked him up.

 

Looks like Cardle next for Cordina. He could build a solid resume of British level fighters over the next 12 months.

 

Yeah looks like they’re hoping to make Cordina vs Cardle for the vacant British title after Ritson vacates, I personally feel Cardle doesn’t deserve another crack so soon but whatever

 

Agree with you there on the title shot. But I like the fight for Cordina.

Hes a very very good boxer and I'm looking forward to seeing him in a proper fight because hes a counter puncher so fighting these journeymen hes really struggling to make an impression. He cuts the ring off really well but still feel like hes throwing scoring shots rather than hard punches.

Too early to write him off, think Mack was a bit harsh in his criticism but it makes a nice change not having pundits fawning over everything a matchroom fighter does on a matchroom show.
