Interesting that you only brought up this fight from that card.

Elsewhere on that card you've got:

Daniel Roman Vs Gav Mcdonnell - world title
Jessie Vargas Vs Thomas Dulmore - solid
Artur Beterbiev Vs Callum Johnson - world title

3 solid fights. But hey! Don't let facts get in the way of an agenda.

Dude, Eddie Chambers beat him with 1 arm.
Adamek was a decent heavyweight but Vitaly ruined him. And even before it was clear Adamek did not belong at heavy.
All in all, he should have retired after the Chambers fight or the Cunningham rematch. He clearly lost of of them.

    Roman-McDonnell is a good one.
Most see Beterbiev-Johnson as a mismatch.

Vargas-Dulorme is an underrated fight but it´s not a main event worthy fight.

 I am rotting for Dulorme btw. I think he might be able to pull off the upset. Vargas sucks.

Adamek who fought Arreola wins a wide UD against Miller. Today he'll cause some problems early, and I wouldn't be surprised if he took some of the early rounds but eventually he gets grinded down and stopped. MEH fight... But it's still on par with the opposition that Miller has faced within the last year or so, that sub top 25-50 fringe world point. Hopefully it's a better fight next for Miller. Chisora, Takam or even Whyte. Those 3 all have styles that would really jell well with Millers and make for an exciting HW brawl.

Oh **** off with the undefeated BS. Not here defending Millers resume but "undefeated" don't mean ****.
You lambast Miller and his resume but glorify the notion of being "undefeated". Guess what, Miller is undefeated!
It doesn't mean ****. His resume is sub par regardless.

And Miller isn't cherry picking. He is taking whats given to him. Miller is co-promoted by Salita and now Eddie. Salita has little pull in the boxing world and no wonder Miller had a hard time getting fights. And to Miller's credit, he has been somewhat stepping up.
It's just that now instead of Pulev he is fighting Adamek...

OK, you got me a little there. I'll admit the undefeated remark was a little off the collar, and borderline meaningless given that there are plenty of previously defeated fighters that would instantly be Miller's best win (Whyte, Parker, Povetkin, Ortiz, Pulev, Ruiz etc etc).
And I'll even say there's a little weight to your theory that his association with Salita has hindered his options and forced him to live off scraps (though I still believe there are better options than those he has chosen).

But the fact that he's taking baby steps through a forest of dead wood, all the while claiming that guys like Joshua and Wilder are ducking him still makes him a twat. And his stance of being so damn eager to take such a huge step up against Joshua while still facing the lowly opposition he is does indicate to me that he's cherry picking en route to a payday.

Agreed there. Guys like Wach and Duhaupaus were the right steps. But now it's time to take another step up. And Pulev was there!
    But we are getting Adamek.

Miller is 100 pounds heavier than Adamek. Goral is also too slow nowadays to avoid getting hit badly. I honestly fear he could leave the ring on a stretcher.

Yep, he was perfectly suited to CW and a damned good one who might have gone down as one of the greats of the division had he hung around there longer, whereas up at HW he was only C level even before he was shot.

Credit to him tho. He went up there and he really tried. Gave it his best but it was not enough.

Use your eyes not boxrec rankings.

Adamek has an inflated ranking due to years of title actvity at lower weights,he is finished and the size difference will be huge and not pretty to see.
