Hrgovic with Dychko close second. Dubois will be contender by the next year by the looks of it and he will get better, so he is in third place in my top prospect list from your given list.

But if I would need to make my own list than I would place Hrgovic in 1st, Kuzmin second and Dychko with Dubois following.

Right now I'd say Joyce is the best, though that's because he's more mature and in his prime already. I thought he beat Yoka at the Olympics and he comfortably beat Hrgovic is WSB and neither of them have significantly improved enough for me to favour them now over Joyce.

But a couple of years from now chances are the younger prospects like Dubois, Hrgovic and possibly Yoka will surpass Joyce as they begin to peak.

    Filip and Teslenko

When Usyk officially moves up he will then be the best.

Depends on what "best" means. If you mean most likely to get the highest, then I'd say Joyce and Hrgovic, since they are advanced prospects who are about ready to graduate to fringe contenders. They look very likely to be top ten contenders in the next couple to few years, although neither has the look of a dominant t champ to me.

But if you mean, who has the most raw potential if everything goes right, I'd go with Dychko. He's got Furyesque size, speed, and punching volume. But his chin is questionable and he can't control distance to save his life. If he could make substantial improvements on those items, the sky is the limit for him

Usyk wouldn't be a prospect, he'd be an immediate top 5 contender.

    Hrgovic is the best.

    Yoka is the new Joshua.

    Yoka is gash!

I like watching Joyce, non stop pressure and moving in with ggg was a great move, he will fight for many titles for sure!

Warren will some how manage to ruin Dubois career and I’m still not sold on him.

Hrgovic looks like vitali at times I think he has the best chance

Usyk when he moves up. None of the blue chips impress me that much.

Hrgovic- start with him because he has the loudest supporters from the amateur days. Supposedly a complete package of sorts. Looks to me like his power has been oversold, and he sometimes appears to be asleep in there. Maybe the two are related. Hopefully he comes to life when he gets competition and we see the big power.

Yoko- Seems a bit like Mark Breland in that he has great skills for an amateur, but is maybe just a bit frail to be a pro.

Dubois- I see nothing special about this guy at all.

Dychko- Maybe the next big thing, maybe a bust. Alas, we don't know, because his team can't seem to get him an important fight.

Joyce- I like this guy, and his parallel would be roughly Ray Mercer. Hard-hitting, nothing to lose because of advanced age, limited, and fun. But probably not an ATG in the making.

As for the Keans, Teselenkos, Plechkos, etc. I've not a lot of them, although Kean looks like a beast against limited competition.
