I've heard Roy jones say many times. "it doesn't matter if you are coming forward and being the aggressor when you are walking into Punches" After Harold gives a round to the Aggressor. Harold doesn't score counter punches ever, it's just who goes forward.
Say what you want but Harold is a better judge than Adelaide Byrd, Dave Morretti & the other Vegas mafia But maybe he is also an honest judge who cannot ne bought
He was correct on kovalev fight. Occasionally he veers off. Honestly I think his scoring in Pac-Bradley 1 is a huge reason people thought it was a Pac blowout, which it wasnt.
Still would imply he ever actually was one. Walk forward, win Letterman's card. You could walk into traffic and he'd give you the round.
All I know is that people saying yes because of how he scored the Kovalev fight were laughing and cracking jokes about his score for Bivol's fight. Basically he's a good judge when he scores for the fighter you like, but laughable & senile when his scores don't line up with yours.
He's terrible and loves the annoying sound of his own voice. Why don't they recruit ex fighters who have a life time sense and feel of the sport.

He’s one of the reasons people think moving forward is “ring generalship”. He’s made a whole generation of so called boxing fans ******ed thinking they know how to score a fight. The dude needs to retire.
