loL Are you sure its Harold that cannot score a fight & not you??? Think about it. You STILL claim " Floyd schooled Pac" when all he did was run hold repeat for 12 rounds

He seems to score all close rounds for the favorite / more popular fighter.

There have long been whispers that he is seen tanking up at the bar before fight night and can be found chatting during an entire round that he supposedly scored.

I've never accepted either of those cards. Nor do I know the answer to your question, but either answer deserves a ban from judging.

I’m a big Manny fan and I scored that fight 7-5 Bradley. I usually don’t admit that publicly due to the scorn.

Even Timmy don't believe he won the fight. And he was the one fighting Pacquiao.

If you are referring to his reaction I chalk that up to being surprised he got the nod in a very close fight as the B-Side. I've never seen Bradley say anywhere he didn't win.

I would disagree with the idea hes made a whole generation of fans think they know how to score a fight. If anything Lederman has perpetuated the old school status quo.

Aggressors win rounds is old school scoring mentality. In recent years and decades judging has swayed more towards counter punching than ever before. Not to say that is either right or wrong.

I'm just saying going off the history of boxing Lederman is actually more in line with a traditional judge than not.

He use to score correctly when he wasn’t trying to push a narrative. Effectiveness is the only criteria on how you score a fight. Pep won a round supposedly without throwing a punch. This adage has been around since his time so that concept can’t be limited to recent times of not being aggressive and not throwing more punches.

Effectiveness and execution have been left out of judging in recent times. These have been replaced with effort. Leader man does not score clean punching and defense. He scores direction a fighter is moving and punches thrown.

I would disagree. In my opinion there is now more appreciation for defense and counter punching than ever before among judges. Lederman not included.

There was a reason Frazier was favored over Ali in the first fight and the judges gave him a comfortable decision win. He was the one expected to go forward and be aggressive. And he was. That's just how it was in the old way days.

LaMotta even got a decision over Robinson their first fight because he kept coming forward. Today there is more appreciation for counter punching.

Lederman is an old school judge. Who are biased towards aggression and pain given.
