Puh lease! Sergio would knock him out! That 2011 Sergio was a beast, the one vs Dzinzuruk was one of the best Ive ever seen a MW in this era. We saw Sergio deal with Chavez (Someone who was significantly bigger than him), Hurd's size won't be much and won't be anything Sergio hasn't seen.
Maravilla would violently KO the **** out of Hurd, it would be every bit as violent as the Williams knockout. Cue, @james5000 To come and try to explain how Hurd has a better resume than Williams an would walk right though Martinez.
I hate Hurd, I've stated this again and again. Well, more his style, it's so ugly to watch, similar to Porter. On the other hand, Maravilla is one of my favorites - ever. When Sergio fought, I watch. I don't do this for many fighters. I was at a party and they couldn't watch it so I went back home to watch Sergio fight Murray a few years back. Other fighters I would never ever do that.
154 lb Martinez should win a UD... ...But, he did have some issues with the tall, hyper-aggressive grinders. So, even if he wins, it's probably because Hurd's later rounds surge isn't enough to overtake his early lead.
