It's tricky to predict how far he will go but he has many good wins over good amateurs, so he definitely isn't all hype.

Looks like Evgeny Tischenko has signed with German Titov's RCC Boxing Promotions who is the second biggest promoter in Russia, they put more boxing cards a year than World of Boxing but on a smaller scale. They promote Evgeny Romanov,Yuri Kashinsky and Magomed Kurbanov as well.

Course he got beat in the Levit fight and received a gift. But no need to discredit his overall amateur career. He had many excellent wins that were deserved, and was one of the most consistent and best fighters in the amateurs in all weight divisions in recent years.

They have good stable of fighters. They Kurbanov as well who is high in the ranks. Gasan and RCC have parted ways by mutual termination of contract. Arhypenko wanted to sign with them two or more times but changed his mind and stayed in amateurs.

Kalchugin is no longer with them because he went back to amateurs. But he promised to comeback to them after he is done with amateur boxing.

IF Uncle Bobby, Dibella, Duva and the other Americans didn't offer him a contract, that's not a good sign.
