The one that landed 86 of 371 punches for a connect percentage of 23%, for the Wlad fight? The most boring fight in the history of the division?

He didnt have to do much more to beat the champ reigning for around 11 years. When you put it like that, that Fury did so little but won so clearly that seems more impressive

Comprehensively beat a guy that hadn't known defeat in over 11 years in his own backyard

I still think a gypsy curse could of been placed on Wlad that night.

    Maybe not.

Having your partner want to physically harm your new born child will do that to you.

Fury schooled the unified champion with one of the longest reigns in history in his own backyard, 11 rounds to one. Don't know if we will ever see that version again, but I would favour that version of him any day over Wilder and Joshua.

Wilder should **** in all four corners of the ring before the fight starts.

    Just in case.

its not a perfect fury that version was a very fit fury

v wilder he would need to be mobile and in shape

    also he have a gameplan
he would employ negative tactics v wilder / and try to feint /move and counter while slipping wilder s shots

but in 3 months this fit fury will not exsist

even looking in shape is diffrent than actually being in the shape

look at virtually every sport where a athlete is coming back from a long layoff or injury

they are always a yard off the pace and lacking sharpness in whatever sport

fury is no different and his trouble was he always has lacked discipline inbetween fights

riddick bowe was the same and he was finished at 29

As lacking as Fury is in KO power, he sure is impressive with his movement, and fast countershots.

As big as he is, with his reach, size, elusive upper body/waist movement, and countering handspeed, he is going to be hard for anyone to deal with

If he gets back to his Wlad fight level, he’ll beat anyone out there.

    Anyone

I admit that and I can’t stand the guy

I re-watched this fight last week and Fury was far from impressive. Yea he made Wlad hesitant with movement and fakes but Wlad just scared to do **** in general even when Fury was there to be hit. One of the most embarrassing performances I've ever seen. Fury was clowning him with putting both his hands behind his back and I'd like to see Fury try that against Wilder. At the end of the day I don't see Fury as slick as he's made out to be, and he's still a huge target to the body for a good fighter his size, who is not scared to death of him. You gotta chop him down to size, especially now that he has been inactive for so long.
