Been thinking a bit about this fight today. It's the most interesting one on the Belfast card, isn't it?

Thoughts? Too soon? Or is Cristofer something of a false dawn because Higa was?

    Talk to me, tell me.

    Cool fact:
Rosales is the son of the cousin of Roman Gonzalez and they have even done sparring between each other.

    Nothing wrong with those picks.

What about Quezeda-Rosales though? No clue there?

The way Selby took him apart is an indication of how this will go imo.

    Paddy's coming out party

Perhaps Quezeda wasn't motivated when he fought Barnes.

I picked Rosales against Higa, Im high on this guy. He marches forward and lets the his hands go, who can complain.

I found it difficult to score at that angle, I kept losing who was who, it was strange, but my impression was a split was a bit silly.

Still, Barnes is no puncher, and he got his guy out of there, all be it after landing some low ones, the head, hitting him when he was down....

Selby didnt take him apart, Rosales took most of the early rounds plus the knockdown. Selby did start to box and move later though but it was hardly a dismantling imo.

Yeah, scorecards were ridiculous, but it was the right winner I think.

UK hasn't been good hunting for Rosales.

Barnes looked really good in his last fight. Probably the first time he looked good as a pro so far. If he can bring this he has a decent chance imo.

Rosales was never able to adjust when Selby was picking him off. If Paddy moves like that and stays away he'll win this one.

He has only fought there once and I thought it was close, Selby did better when decided to box Rosales. I think Rosales will beat Paddy Barnes who in my opinion doesn’t hit hard enough to keep Rosales off.
