A rarity for me. I've got huge respect for all the guys willing to get in the ring.....So it's very rare i completely hate one. Sure, I hated aspects of Mike Tyson, obviously the crimes he committed are examples of that. But I didn't completely despise the guy as a 'boxer'. For me, it's Felix Sturm. - Robs Macklin after losing half the rounds - Robs Murray after losing half the rounds - Robs Sulliman by claiming he's on gear after Sulliman wins on the cards, 3 years later Sulliman in reinstated as winner as the German authority which claimed Sulliman was cheating carried out illegal practices. - To top it all off, is a steroid cheat. The robberies of Macklin and Murray were nothing like GGG v Canelo. I could legitimately see Canelo winning that fight by 3-4 rounds in comparison.
These guys mainly due to their fan bases: GGG Manny (who at least fought people and is a true ATG but I can’t stand how people give him a pass for everything)
I hate Stevenson. I don't hate these guys, that's a little too intense of an emotion to describe it. Let's just say I'm just not very fond of them. Anthony Joshua Alexander Povetkin Andre Ward Chris Eubank Jr. Kubrat Pulev Miguel Cotto Gervonta Davis Guillermo Rigondeaux Marcus Browne Badou Jack Lee Selby Jermell Charlo Jermall Charlo Ray Beltran Andre Dirrell Tony Bellew Martin Murray Scott Quigg Dillian Whyte
Ward, Stevenson, (does McGregor count) Tank Davis seems like he will eventually be one. Giberto Ramirez, Broner sucks too. That's all the current relevant top tier boxers I can think of that I hate, well unless you count Fury as relevant top tier, then you can throw him in there. *edit* Oh Martin Murray thanks for reminding CST, forgot Murray still fights though I wouldn't call him relevant either.
Adonis Stevenson Billy Joe Saunders Keith Thurman Leo Santa Cruz Danny Garcia Deontay Wilder Andre Ward
I dislike Ward-ish not for Kovalev but because he retired when he has a ****ing BOAT load of fights to be made. that's why I can't call his career an ATG unless we stick to just his 168 career. but historically that's a "who gives a rats ass division"
Stevenson I hate his personality, I hate how he fights once a year, I hate how he had one great year (avenging Boone, Dawson, Cloud, Bellew) and then after that nothing.. he's making a killing for whatever reason when he does fight. I do like what he does in the ring though. Badou Jack is one I missed I hate his fights so much and he had the nerve to call the draw vs Stevenson a bad decision, he lost 5 of the first 6.... is it that wrong to think Stevenson won 1 round 7-12. jack can **** off.
Hate is a strong word, right now I would say Canelo is up there for obvious reasons. Wilder's delusional hardcore fanbase make me want to see him lose in spectacular fashion, probably won't have to wait much longer though. Also the way he showboats against complete bums grinds my gears. Andre Dirrell & his whole team - now theres a guy I do not like!
