"I really like Robert, I think he's an absolute gentleman. He's a big name, but at this stage of his career, he's beatable, and I want to put myself even further on. I've got so much hunger in my chest, and I think Robert's the perfect fight for me at the end of the year. He's no 1."

Who wants to see Helenius going into survival mode against Dave Allen?

Dave's other preferences were Browne, Carman, Price and the Webb rematch.

Winnable but likely to be incredibly horrid to watch

Might stop him tbh...wouldn’t be scared of getting hurt like Whyte was against him...

Helenius would cruise to a decision imo. Think people are getting carried away with Allen's win over Nick webb. Allen would get beat by Sam Sexton never mind Helenius imo!

That's with Helenius shot to bits but mind you when I say shot to bits at a good level!

Helenius is so poor at this point that I genuinely see Allen winning this.

Personally think Helenius, Carman & Price beat him. Although i would like to see the Price fight, Allen wants that for british title, which will hopefully be vacant as Hughie is fighting Pulev in an eliminator. So if we do get Price-Allen for the british title, expect the winner to get fed to Dubois/Joyce for the right price. Might get some decent domestic level HW fights again if this happens.

I thought i read somewhere that Gorman-Helenius was being discussed? Can see Gorman skipping domestic level altogether.

Sadly I think Allen could win this with Helenius being extremely shot these days. If I were Helenius I wouldn't take it unles it were for a huge sum of money.

Aye I thought Webb doing just fine prior to the KO, though he was getting hit with that same shot every time
