I dont really know enough about any boxer to hate them or dislike them. with the exception of mike tyson who's for the most part his entire life is known. Still i dont hate or dislike mike.

Seems like to me if you hate or dislike what you dont know, that is called fear of the unknown.

the only ones i really dislike are ones who you would naturally dislike in real life - wifebeaters, violent people, marital abuse. Worse still are the ones who try to make out they arent bad people. How can you beat up the person who has stood by you, helped you, makes your supper for years every day? How can you cheat on them casually?

Sadly boxing has many such - mayweather, joe calzaghe, chickenson the list is huge.


on the other hand, peddlars of falsities like eubank jnr are irksome, but too ridiculous to really hate.

I concur. I've said this many times, that the over the top, hypocritical fans of G, Loma, Kovalev and Usyk make me root against them. From the claims they make, to their attitudes about anyone that says the slightest thing negative about their hero's.
