    No, I do, but it’s still a terrible comparison

    Like you, I had Macklin clearly winning the fight. There were no close rounds. All of them were easy to score. Macklin got jobbed.

    Andre Ward, Floyd Mayweather, and De La Hoya are three of my least favorite. Probably started hating De La Hoya after he became a promotor. I've never liked Jermaine Taylor, but never really had a reason for disliking him. I just didn't think he beat Bernard Hopkins and then he just always annoyed me after that.

    Currently its probably Stevenson for not fighting anyway, and Canelo for obvious reasons.

    Most strong fan bases suck. It comes down to the ratios of too much love/not enough love and too much hate/not enough hate... For me, that list of fighters includes Hopkins, Pacquiao, Golovkin, Lomachenko, Joshua, Fury, Wilder, Helenius, Khan, Brook. Of that list probably Pacquiao, Lomachenko, and Wilder are the fighters I may like in a different world without interacting with people on the internet. The other guys, it's not just the fan bases.
