No. You implied that Taylor had THE TITLE! AS if he was the undisputed champion at Welterweight like the great Ray Leonard was at one time. Taylor he was a belt holder @47 but the fight was at 151lbs. He was also never the same after Chavez got done with him.
Who did Norris ever beat that wasn't smaller and past their best days?

I agree with you here .. Around 2011, he went through a huge lifestyle change and spent his time doing other things .. His life was spiraling out of control..Boxing moved down on the priority list for him, he lost his focus .… I stopped watching him fight because I knew he was done wanting to do what you need to do to maintain the p4p best fighter of that time 2008 - 2010 … and he very well could have done it

    Ali:
    Liston 2 times
    Foreman
    Frazier 2 times
    Shavers/Williams

    Joe Louis:
    Baer
    Schmeling
    Walcott 2 times
    Sharkey

    Ezzard Charles:
    Moore 3 times
    Walcott 2 times
    Maxim 5 times
    Bob Satterfield/Rex Layne

    Ray Robinson:
    LaMotta 5 times
    Armstrong
    Graziano

Not saying these are better or worse that Leonard's resume (except for Ali's, Ali had the best competition of any boxer ever imo), but they're notable

    a little uptight are we?

could it be becuz only Terry had the right stuff to beat your man when he wasnt even expected to last 12?

My man had just made the greatest comeback in recent history, going from 2nd round knockout victim to world champion to Ray Leonard's better

it took team Norris to outline the perfect blueprint and the perfect talent in Terry Norris to carry out the evil deed and hand him his first loss in 11 years

like Joe Sayatovich said "perfect, absolutely perfect. Paint the shi* out of him"

In short, Terry was quick, slick, and made opponents sick!

who said he wasnt the same? He whipped Chavez, then moved up and won the title at 147

McGirt was the OTHER 147 pound champ, and Meldrick had already stopped him previous to Buddy winning the title from Brown!

that means Meldrick was the absolute champion

    Get it?

Here, let me help you: McGirt whipped Brown, the long standing champion. Meldrick beat McGirt. Meldrick beat Davis. Davis beat Breland. sho was there to contest MT supremacy?

and if Mel put on two pounds, Terry took OFF FIVE pounds!
