So you didnt answer my question and wrote something irrelevant.
I knew you would back down from answering and the reason being because you have an agenda.
Eubank admitting what? lol. Eubank had said many times he wouldnt duck his mandatories

You are either trying to work off your known agenda or getting your timings all wrong.
It wasnt only a few months prior.
Jones went through a bad spell, but then came back to push Tarver and score some wins including over an undefeated contender and clear easy win over Tito .

Can you show me this link again if you have it. Im not doubting you but I would guess Calzaghe contacted Jones as Jones had been calling him out and Calzaghe was trying to get into promoting himself, though it doesnt appear that he would be the right person for that job

Of course it would have been better to have fought the scheduled opponents also opponents like Sobot were not terrible just little known. Im not saying top class but hardly different to many of GGGs opponents which you excuse

It's so funny watching you argue against what was said by the guy that you're trying to defend.

It was relevant for Joe's ego.

It was relevant for Joe's bank balance.

It was not relevant in the boxing world.

Roy-Tito did decent PPV numbers, but it was a nothing fight.

    Joe-Roy was the same.

Roy was a gun shy LHW who was weeks from his 40th birthday, who hadn't had a top level win for exactly FIVE YEARS.

Here are Joe's thoughts from 2007:

"A fight between me and Jones is now POINTLESS"

"I've no interest in Tarver. All he did was beat a SHOT Jones, and Johnson did the same"

    Roy was washed up.

Kelly was an exciting fighter who was unbeaten.

A fight against Kelly was for more relevant.

Eubank admitted that he was content to just defend his WBO belt.

Joe was also content to do the same, yet he tried to portray himself as a victim in the media: A guy who was desperate for the biggest fights, but who was cruelly denied them by poilitics.

Meanwhile, back in the real world, he was rematching a guy who'd he'd already beaten in a round, despite being in his 30's.

    There is no agenda.

    Stop defending him.

You have seen the Setanta Sports interview on numerous occasions.

He laughed that Roy was past his best and said that he'd be disappointed to fight him in his final fight.

joes pretence was obviously fake since he was holding a belt that disencouraged their fighters from facing other organisations titlist.

He must have know the WBO didnt want him to go out and fight for a different bodys title all along! so saying he wanted to was pretty fake whilst holding the wbo one.

It would have made zero difference.

Starving himself to fight the likes of Branko Sobot, didn't push him any closer to a fight against Roy etc.

    I don't excuse GG's opponents.

The difference between GG and Joe, is that Joe was a big guy who literally starved himself to make weight, whilst there were better fighters to pursue at LHW, which would have been more comfortable for him. He wrote in his autobiography that in his opinion his ideal weight would have been LHW.

He was happy doing what he was doing. And there was nothing wrong with that. It was his prerogative. But a guy who defends a lightly regarded title for 10 years against mainly B and C class opponents, has no right to claim that he's been avoided and that he's desperate for huge fights etc.

You couldn't win anything with your genetically pathetically weak body and Khan type glass jaw.

    You can't even get employment:eatingburger
