You don't want to see a trilogy? What if it is another controversial decision?

I don't mind the trilogy.. I'm just saying for this fight since the last one is so tainted by controversy a KO would be great to avoid tantrums from fanboys from either side..

No trilogy, Canelo and Oscar de La Spoon are derailing GolOvkins career.

In the rematch, I'm asking what it will take for Canelo to do in the rematch for GGG fans to admit Canelo won the decision. As it stands, it seems to me that no matter what happens, as long as the rematch is remotely close, if it goes to decision, GGG fans will be claiming a robbery if GGG doesn't win.

In your 7-5 GGG scorecard, if you scored the 4th round for GGG, then that's the difference in your mind of GGG winning vs a draw. If there are more rounds like that in the rematch, it shouldn't be scored to who is the aggressor, but rather who landed the better punches and who had the better defense, both of which were Canelo. The scoring of round 4 destroys the argument that GGG didn't get a fair shake on the cards. GGG would not have gotten a draw and retained his belts if he didn't win round 4. This was not a round that GGG deserved to win. It was closer than the first 3 rounds but Canelo was still having his way with GGG, GGG wasn't able to land enough to win this round. Canelo took control of the round in the first 1:30, and cruised from there, going back to the ropes and picking off shots, using spectacular evasion techniques, landing punches, and not letting GGG even up the round.

I actually think Canelo will take a close decision that he deserves this time. Just a hunch as I thought he made some decent adjustments and landed some really hard counters in the second half of the fight.

But, if there's an actual robbery it will be another black eye for boxing.

It would only be like, what, the 5th dodgy score that Canelo got in his career?

At this point I'll be surprised if the scorecards are fair.

What won't surprise me will the the Canelitas rushing to defend the 10-2 score by the latest blind bat judge, not to mention Oscar slamming a metal chair into Golovkin when he walks back to the corner. No doubt the latest script to spin the robbery is already written and warmed up.

The ref and his family have already been taken care of so they won't ever have to fret for money ever again.

I can imagine a really close fight similar to the first one, with ineffective Golovkin aggression convincing many fans he won.

I'm pretty sure the scorecards are already filled in.
