Fury seems very excited to have outpointed the massive hurdle that was #140 ranked hw Pianeta. I'm guessing he's already spending the Deontay purse and planning his retirement.

Its all we got so they are the best of the mediocre and I except it as a form of great entertainment. A great sensi once told me, "you gotta have guts my friend", and these two will at the very least provide us with the pre fight entertainment that May/Pac and Canelo/GGG didn't have.
You may be old enough to remember the great Tommy Vu, IB.

Fury is an absolutely typical Wilder opponent since he won the title - a carefully selected overrated (by some) opponent who is perfectly ripe for Wilder to pad his record with.

Fury is several years removed from his best form, had had struggles with drugs and other related health problems. Just like Stiverne who was overrated and sick with dehydration, and Grandpa Ortiz who was on BLOOD PRESSURE meds, and quite likely a decade older than advertised.

Once he KOs Fury, his moronic fans will shout "Bomb Squad" like the juvenile fools they are, and the congame will go on. Thankfully, this glass jawed FRAUD will eventually be forced to fight Joshua, who will annihilate him, predictably.

Usyk is now No.1 contender for AJ`s WBO title, that`s when we`ll find out if he`s got stones, Fury has no other choice because he doesn`t have a title, if AJ didn`t have a title he would fight Wilder, Hearn doesn`t want to lose control of the title and the heavyweight division, Don King did the same thing with Tyson and Holyfield for a year or two.

No. Ortiz is the best guy DW has fought. Fury is insanely overrated by his delusional fanbase. They go on and on about how DW only fought taxi drivers but fail to mention that outside of Wlad and Chisora Fury has a resume filled with livery service employees lol! DW has Ortiz, Arreola and Stiverne which is pretty much even because Wlad was clearly on the downside of his career in what was an ugly boring fight and not some clear cut dominant and impressive victory for Fury.
I fully expect DW to knock Fury out and i believe that it would be the same result had they fought 3 years ago. People are just getting their excuse ready so that DW continues to not get any credit. Each day that passes im starting to believe that DW might end up clearing out the HW division. Joshua clearly ducked him and now since Fury is man enough to get in the ring with him we`ll get to see DW prove himself against the Lineal HW champ.

No Wilder`s reach is far longer than Wlad`s was, if Fury stays on the outside he`ll be right on the end of that right hand, he has to find a way of getting past Wilder`s lead.

Depends on which Fury shows up, if he looks like he did yesterday, its a top notch win, but No. That version vs. Ortiz is a toss up, where I'd heavily lean Luis. But if by the time the fight occurs, he's on point and bringing his Wlad like A-Game, and that will be visibly apparent, then the answer will be Yes.
