I agree, just seems odd if you look at the links I posted Gvozdyk is clearly credited as the seated champion.

Good news! A couple of days ago in an interview Gvozdyk actually said that they had received the contracts from Stevenson's promoters. In his words, some clauses of it would need additional negotiations, but in general Gvozdyk was quite positive that the fight would go on in December.
