After all his tough talk about Mexican style this and that, i'm surprised nobody asked him yet how come Golovkin's Mexican style has an aversion for body shots?

Aren't Mexicans famous for their left hook to the liver?

So where was it in the first fight?

No bias at all in this post seriously. Hear/read me out on this one.

Because the truth is that Golovkin is a basic, Soviet boxer.
No bull****, just honest truth, no trolling. He can't adjust well and his rising in competition level has proved it. This is why he won't fight a Charlo no matter what any fans think of them and why he avoided 154 Erislandy Lara but will fight 154 Vanes Martirosyan.

Nothing is really special about GGG but his marketing. What the first fight proved is that Golovkin's power is not in his technique but in the fear marketed by the media. Jacobs fell because he was afraid to get hit flush more than the shot actually hurt him. Look at how much energy Golovkin exerted when he realized Brook was getting the best of him and he never knocked Brook down. Lastly the first fight between him and Canelo was just to see if Canelo can stand up to him and he can. Golovkin will be cleanly outboxed by Canelo come September and thats why the judges and refs appear to be in GGG's favor, in accordance to some.

No Bias? Jacobs was not knocked down because GGG hurt him with a punch its because of the Media?

    Ridiculous nonsensical garbage

He was landing body shots throughout the fight. He didn't focus predominately on the body because Canelo is a big counter puncher and he would be leaving himself open.

Watch all of GGG's previous fights and he attacks the body like a ravenous animal.

Why are you not asking the question, why Canelo, suddenly became a long distance marathon runner?

    @Willie Maeket
I'm not even a fan of GGG but to call him a product of marketing is a joke compared to Canelo

If it wasnt for his promoter, Canelo would have never:

    1. gotten the Mayweather Mosely and Cotto fights to begin with

    2. Gotten away with steroids

    3. Gotten the trout and Lara GIFT decisions(especially Lara)

    4. Gotten the Cotto decision, instead Cotto vs Mayweather 2 for middleweight belt

    5. Been allowed the Khan cherry pick

    6. Refuse testing to make weight for smith

    7. Been able to drain Chavez jr

8.been able to make GG wait for so long

    9. Gotten GGG GIFT decision

And Golden boy have saved his ass
so many times just because his ginger face apparently gets all the girls going, its ridiculous and he hasn't even given enough of a **** to learn English.

But he fought all of those guys. Who is Golovkins big ticket??? The guy that you are essentially calling a joke. If GGG KO's Canelo you won't be saying any of the things you just stated about Canelo in a negative fashion. It will be flipped like reciprocal fractions to, "Canelo fought these guys so GGG copuld beat them too."

No one wanted to fight GGG that's the ****ing difference.

No one is afraid of Canelo, hell even that little ducker Amir Khan had no problems getting in the ring with him.

    No it won't I promise.
I have criticized GGG more than enough.
I think prime RJJ would stop him or shut him out, toney and Hopkins would beat him also imo
So don't bunch me in with the GGG extremists.

I'm not very impressed with either one.

GGG is good, really good he seems to be a good guy too and is probably actually a clean fighter which is rare(tbh I think only Danny Garcia is the only other guy who I would bet on to be clean)

But he doesn't beat the real top ATGs of the MW divisionlike Robinson and hagler H2H

However Canelo is a complete fraud

Golovkin not only doesn't punch like a Mexican downstairs, he's open downstairs. He keeps a high guard and uses his gloves to block punches does leave his body exposed at times, and I think Canelo if he watches for those moments and delivers right could really hurt GGG to the body. Instead of strictly counter punching Canelo should be busier upstairs with light changeups to setup body shots. He won't knock him out with a shot to the chin, but maybe just maybe he knocks him out with a body shot.

"Anyone from 154 to 168", which I assume was only half a statement. The other half was, "if they meet me at 160." And also, "We want to unify all the belts."

That is the best bodyshot I have ever seen. So much for can't go to the body.

You don't fight and beat the entire top 10 of the division and KO pretty much everybody unless you have some talent. I'm not saying GGG is the second coming of Jesus, but to say he's basic is wrong.

How many fighters over age 35 in Middleweight history could beat prime Canelo and Jacobs? Probably very few.

Never said he couldn't: said he didn't.

    That's my whole point.
