I've got Nunn but it's close. Good matchup!

I think Valdez could catch Nunn late and kayo him.

I’d take a punt on Valdes to get the job done, inside the distance. Else, he likely loses a decision.

This, probably. I'd be nervous as feck for Nunn though from beginning to end. Even at his considerable best he had a tendency to switch off and become technically sloppy. His feet, speed and overall movement should be enough for him to stop Valdez getting set and always keep him on the turn, but it would only take one mistake for him to get sparked.

I think the early version would get thru. I wonder if he devolved a little as a fighter at times. I think his chin was pretty reasonable at his best. He would need to avoid trading too much as he was wont to do at times.

Nunn by decision ,not a landslide but no demand for a rematch .Nunn s to fast for Valdez to catch him with anything to dangerous.

Valdez had all the tools, boxing ability & power. Nunn was no Monzon

Valdez finds himself drowning in a sea of slickness early on but something tells me his dogged persistence pays off late. Valdez by 13
