The amount of clen in Canelo's urine were consistent with the consumption of contaminated meat.

The pads were clearly used, hence making them illegal.
The clen in Canelo's system, despite being of very minimal amounts was still illegal according to NSAC rules.

The CSAC and NSAC banned Maragrito for over a year for having foreign substance in his pad.
The NSAC suspended Canelo for six months as per their rule that regardless of how it got into his system he still needs to be held accountable.
