Don't forget my boy Danny Roman fighting on that first card under Matchroom USA against Gavin McDonnell could be the fight of the night!

Lol Khan KOs are quality aren’t they and I say that as a fan of the guy.Have to say even now that this is still a dream match up as both guys are still faster than most younger guys and both have considerable skill.
How do you pick a winner as Khan being the younger, bigger man against a Pac that still has something there in terms of speed and as we seen recently can still get the job done and the 100 dollar question “can Khans chin hold up and at what point will Khan inexplicably walk onto a big shot providing us with another highlight reel knockout of the century award lol.
Like to think that Khan can actually take a shot and that just about everyone would get dropped when they run onto someone’s punch’s like he does but maybe I’m being naive lol.

Don’t get sucked into that Wilder v AJ nonsense as it’s so obvious that fight is gonna happen but as some of us predicted inc Montero that it was never ever gonna happen this year anyway.
Whole thing is a psy op and dependent on em both winning in the meantime

Hoping Roman wins, the McDonnell brothers annoy me for some reason.

They're nice guys, and have been on plenty of UK Matchroom cards, but I just have an unexplainable dislike for them.

Another good and interesting fight though.

All these 'DAZN is going to die'.....'DAZN isn't going to be saved' comments are hilarious though.

They've got a couple of very impressive starting cards, and would have had Jacobs v D'Chenko (cba to google the spelling) too had the DAZN announcement come sooner.

It's a terrific opportunity for fighters to fight at least 3 times a year.
Some people are so inconsumed by hate for Hearn that they fail to realise that raising the activity levels of boxers is good for the sport.

Lou Dibella admitted as much regarding Wilder/Joshua on a recent interview.

'Both have their own things to do' was his response when asked about which was avoiding the other.

Wilder wants a bigger share of the pie, so he's fighting Fury to raise his stake.....
And Joshua is getting his mandatory out of the way.....

No reason this cannot happen in April.

Pretty simple. I think Manny can take Khans punches but Khan can't take Manny's and since I will never forgive Khan for taking advantage of MAB, I always love to watch Khan catch a whoopin'.

Signing with DaysInn or signing for a single fight that DaysInn will carry? Big difference.

    How so?

    Both have pros and cons.......

E.g. DAZN sign Pacman to a 5 fight deal....Get's KO'd in the first fight, first round, against Khan.
    Terrible deal for DAZN.

Hearn has said all along that DAZN is both signing fighters for long term deals, and willing to work on a fight by fight basis.

A smart business move, that even has a Frank Warren fighter, in BJS, praising Hearn.

Pacquiao should be looking to fight on whatever platform makes him the most money. He should be getting paid as much as he can right now

Usually longer-term fight contracts with a network have a clause that either drops the fighter if they lose twice or drops their earnings dramatically after they lose two fights.

If they only have him for a single fight and he wins, he can go to a bigger fight without DaysInn, in which case all they’ve done is build him for another promoter/network.

He’s past his sell-by date, but he still has drawing power. It’s a good get with name recognition regardless, but a one-off it less valuable.

    'A bigger fight without DAZN'?

    Who?

More bashing of a platform which is the best out there for boxing fans.

Why support a platform which would actually be the best option for fans right now?

Nobody cares about him signing for DAZN, he has 1 fight left in him at a good level

Paying a monthly subscription fee for Miller-Adamek — which most people wouldn’t even watch for free on TV — is the best option? A roster with no U.S. stars is the best option for boxing fans?

I didn’t bash the platform — I said even signing Pac for one fight is a good get but signing him to a multifight deal would be better ... and we don’t know which is the case here (actually he hasn’t signed anything as far as we know, it’s a rumor that he might sign with DaysInn.)

But let’s say he does a one-fight deal and knocks out Khan. You don’t think there could be bigger fights for him with Arum or Golden Boy or another outlet than DaysInn could offfer? What if Floyd decides he wants to pocket another couple hundred million and do a PPV with Pac in May ... how would staying with DaysInn possibly be better than that? Fighting on a Showtime or HBO or ESPN PPV could definitely be bigger than DaysInn because the cash generated is bigger and people might actually see it.

You're not 'Paying a monthly subscription fee' for Miller - Adamek.

    Firstly, it's free.

Secondly, it's not the main event.

Thirdly, you also get Hearn's other cards that month.

You're claiming a network will not work because their first card isn't Pacquiao v Mayweather ll.

You could also claim why would a fighter sign for multiple fights with DAZN? Showtime? HBO?

Long-term contracts are actually bad for the sport, not good!
