That may say more about the division than him. One win over Jennings, a level above gatekeeper, doesn't impress me.
STFU, Ortiz is the most skillful fighter in the heavyweight division, nobody has a better ring iq and nobody has better fundamentals than him, says more about your knowledge of the sport that you can't recognize skills and only uses resume as reference point. Tell me one fighter who has better skills than Ortiz in the HW division.
What are 'Skills'? I don't care how good you think he is...... He's done nothing in the sport to suggest he's that good. If he's so good...... 1 - Why do none of the top promoters want him? 2 - Why cheat?
LOL, Ortiz comes from a cuban amateur background and had almost 400 amateur fights, the guy knows how to fight, the **** is in his muscle memory, he throws every punch with perfect technique and his timing and ring iq are most important as an offensive minded counterpuncher, he has tremendous power and is experienced as hell, the guy is a handful for anyone only based on the eye test. As for his resume, he beat Allen in much better fashion than Whyte and he destroyed Cojanu the guy who went 12 rounds with Parker in 2 rounds and he didn't look in both of this fights like he even tried. That should tell you that he is at least a level above Whyte and Parker which makes him a top 5 heavyweight, probably even top 3.
Joshua doesn't have better skills than Ortiz, he has solid all around skills and better physical attributes than Ortiz.
