    Here, I'll help you out.....

    1. WHAT IS STRICT LIABILITY?
The principle of strict liability is applied in situations where urine/blood samples collected from an athlete have produced adverse analytical results.

It means that each athlete is strictly liable for the substances found in his or her bodily specimen, and that an anti-doping rule violation occurs whenever a prohibited substance (or its metabolites or markers) is found in bodily specimen,
    This content is protected
or was negligent or otherwise at fault.

You said Canelo was busted. That's conjecture. Being busted has nothing to do with strict liability. Being busted has to do with cheating. Saying someone got busted means you believe they were cheating, which is conjecture considering the strong possibility of accidental meat contamination.

Incorrect. Busted means being caught. He was caught with PEDs in his system. Ergo - busted. Also, when someone resorts to semantics, you know they are getting desperate.

    Facts not conjecture....

Semantics ? You mean busting out strict liability after claiming Canelo was "busted"? You can say Facts not conjecture all you want, keep telling yourself that (I think you need to keep repeating it to yourself), but you can't get around the fact that you believe Canelo was busted, which requires you to believe that he was cheating. You're using conjecture to reach that conclusion.

The fact is that due to the very real and well documented meat contamination problem in Mexico, we don't know if Canelo was busted, we don't know if he was caught, because we don't know how he ingested the trace amounts of clenbuterol. To be caught, to be busted, you have to do something wrong. You have to be taking something and trying to get away with something in the first place.

I'm all about facts, and the fact is we don't factually know that he was taking PEDs and got caught or busted taking them because we don't know "as a matter of a fact" that he didn't ingest clenbuterol accidentally through meat contamination. Until we are able to eliminate that possibilty, saying Canelo has a black mark for PEDs or that he's been busted or caught using PEDs is total unmitigated conjecture.

Ignore is your friend. The fact he tested positive to these numb nuts does not mean he was busted/caught/using PED.

I could ignore but I was enjoying toying with him. I'll step out of the shadow now, though....

Yeah, he had nothing to say for a long time but now that the fight nears he's back in action talking about his man crush.

ahhh Mr mental gymnastics himself, are you still claiming GGG conspired with VADA to trap Canelo and have the fight cancelled? For whatever reason other than losing a stupid amount of money?

lol if you were paying attention it wasn't me who made that claim. I was merely responding to it. I find it funny though that you and several others tried to attribute that to me like I was making that claim.

These are poor responses, you're simply repeating the same catch phrase over and over again. I'd suggest that you practice what you preach. You keep talking about how you're all about facts and not conjecture but yet when it comes to Canelo and clenbuterol, you're all about conjecture. Canelo was "busted" you said, Canelo was caught, but there are no facts that show or prove that. It's simply conjecture to believe that. What else is there for me to say : you've been served sealed and delivered.

Run along then. Another one bites the dust. Canelo was toying with GGG in the first fight. Literally hanging out on the ropes for prolonged periods of time in rounds 4 and 5, a supposed no-no vs GGG, doing so skillfully and comfortably, whilst picking off GGG's shots and fighting off the ropes effectively.
