AJ/Matchroom only had exclusive for fights on UK soil until the recent change which coincided with then turning the offer down.

I still don't believe Warren though! Haha think he just finally learned how to troll haha

Yes I get that but you know as well as I do that AJ was never going to fight on a different network.

As I said before if any offer was dependent on AJ not fighting on Sky then it was a unrealistic offer as the chances of that happening were slim at best.

I agree but AJ could still have some it and for that amount of money too.

Hearn just seems to be the main roadblock imo. Also why didn't he just say this about BT ages ago? He pretty much said everything BUT that.

Wasn't that down to the never seeing the offer. Remember Hearn after Finkel and Wilder made the offer said they wanted to see a contract. I don't think he had any reason to think Warren or BT sport would be involved.

Finkel said accept the offer before a contract but look how stupid that would of been for AJ. Accepting a deal then realising sky were not broadcasting. They would of then had to go back on agreeing which would of made him look terrible.

Again it's back to he said, she said. Hearn has said he asked for a contract, then said he didn't then said he did.
Funnel said there was a contract, there wasn't a contract there was a contract.

    They all talk shite.

Personally I thought how it all works, in any form of business is, make offer, negotiate, accept, contracts are drawn up.

Hahahaha that's Eddie paraphrasing what he heard from Frank Warren after he and his slave turned down the offer.

Remember when you bum boys were saying Warren was lying when he told Bellew he had seen the contract. Now Hearn mentions Frank name to paint a false narrative you believe it without question.

You boys are full of ****.

Not bothered at all about what you believe.

    This is the reality

Joshua has been offered a baseline of $50m (£37m) to face Wilder in America by the WBC champion's team, but Hearn insisted: "AJ’s not really swayed by an extra £10m or £15m. He’d rather do the fight over here in front of his fans"

at the moment the fight makes more money in America.

“But it gets to the stage where we are asking ‘Why are we looking to do this in the US?’

“Because it’s more money — but is that really important?"

There you have it. End of thread.

There they were not interested in the 50 million

That's a good point, remember the uproar when Frank said he'd seen the contract. The bum boys were up in arms "how could he have seen the contract?".

Joshua is to fight the third best heavyweight in the world in front of 90,000 fans and a 1m PPV customers. He'll make 25m+ whilst honouring his commercial agreements that have earned him 47m the year before. Of course Wilder is free to get the best deal he can elsewhere also. He just doesn't get to dictate to AJ due to his inferior position in the marketplace.

3rd best HW mate? Who? I got AJ, Fury the lineal, Wilder the WBC, Ortiz & White who'd finish what David Pricey started, I mean Bellew could bang up post-PEDs-Povetkin. In what universe this version of PEDevikin 3rd exactly?

And how's $50M plus 50% split in the middle (estimated $80M based on predictions) an inferior position? When did Eddie Hearn ever offer Joshua $80M for a single fight? Did you do your research and/or your math?
