    Why He`s Here: Without much of a punch, he was a great fighter in two divisions
    What He Could Have Done To Better His Ranking: Fought Carlos Monzon anywhere other than Buenos Aires and Monte Carlo.
    Why would fighting in Monte Carlo have given Monzon an advantage?

    His home away from home. Monzon fought in Europe a lot and I think was based in Monaco, where he partied with the European jetset.
