Big fan of Williams, but he gassed noticeably in his last against that big punching Jamaican. Against a guy like Hurd who is physically bigger than that last opponent, that would spell doom for Williams. If the cardio is fine, Williams wins a wide decision. If he gasses, Hurd would stop him.
Williams outboxes Hurd for several or more rounds before getting stopped late. Better boxer by far but he has a questionable chin and stamina.
Waste of a fight. JRock can't punch, has a weak chin, poor defense, and poor stamina. JRock got completely crushed by Charlo and got a gift against an old and shot Ishe Smith. Hurd makes easy work of him.
Based on the criteria you established it's still a fight that Hurd could struggle with lol. Tony Harrison was outboxing Hurd, doesn't have a chin, any stamina and struggled with an old shot Ishe Smith recently.
