why didn't they apply for it already?

He would need a boxing licence before he can fight in states such as vegas and new York

The might take time and Fury has not applied for one which is odd could this be the main reason why the fight is not fight signed

    remember
Conor applied for his boxing license for two states , Nevada and California, but was only accepted to fight in the latter seven months later.

its a process which can take time great news it should take long and fury should take more fights in the meantime

difference is fury had mental health issues and had to send paper work to the British board he most likely will have to do the same for Nevada

    Povetkin has nothing to send

I have a boxer fighting on the Garcia v Porter card. He's being registered now. It's easy provided he's done the required medicals.

Olly McCall & Tyson both had issues but that wasn't a problem?

It happens fairly frequently, the fight isn't even finalised yet so I'm sure if it does then they will apply for the licence. He has fought in the US before and as far as I'm aware he has no criminal convictions etc so shouldn't be too difficult to attain.

He did fail a narcotics test so that might be a stumbling block but wasn't actually caught criminally for that so I don't know the US visa process on whether that could become a block.
