    I don’t believe it was a hit and run, as far as I’m aware, but the details surrounding his driving is the reason I cannot stand the guy as a person.

    What made it worse was that it was clear that he was let off because of his stature, and then not long afterwards he was caught doing ridiculous speeds on the motorway.

    As a person i am no fan of Khan, but that goes for a lot of boxers with their trash talk, personal issues and out of the sport behaviours.

    However his achievements in boxing, namely a silver medal at the Olympics aged 17, and becoming a World Champion in the professionals, is deserving of acknowledgement, it something majority of boxers do not or ever could achieve, he sure is or ever will be a ATG, but again even less boxers get that status.

    This is not a fanboy defence of Khan, just endeavouring to focus on the sport rather than out of ring activities, social media gives the likes of Fury, Wilder and indeed Khan a platform to spout 'bovine faecal matter' however i try to ignore that.

    TBH I think it's hard for most professional athletes to deal with losing, due to the competitive nature of sports.

    I hope he gets completely and utterly punch drunk to the point he starts dribbling whilst slurring every sentence to the point no one understands a word that comes out of his mouth.

    He hit and run that old pedestrian and then the man later died.

    More or less Amir Khan is a murderer.

    If it'd the one in Bolton town centre, my mate who used to work at BMW in the town centre saw it all.

    He was speeding and jumped the lights iirc, my mate offered to give a statement but the police wasn't interested, he went to the station left his details and they never got in touch.
