Errol Spence: Go Ahead And Criticize; Mikey Garcia Is A Big Money Fight And I'ma Stop Him (!)

I’m not a fan of him calling out all these people then not fighting them but I have no problem with the 3 fights you mentioned.

• Broner - a big fight for Mikey whilst moving up in weight to fight a bigger man
• Lipinets - a chance to become a 4 weight world champion and add another title too his collection
• Easter Jr - a unification fight against a undefeated champion

They might not be p4p opponents or even in the same catagory as the fighters he’s called out recently but you can understand his reasoning for taking each of the fights he took

 

I’m not a fan of Garcia but I give him a lot of credit for taking the Broner fight and beating him. Garcia should be respected for that.

 

Now he’s considered that but at the time he wasn’t, plus Garcia moved up in weight so Broner was the bigger guy.

 

Mikey claims that there were strings attached or the money wasn't right in the fights he was offered. We were not there so I think its unfair to assume. Its not like Easter Jr is a bum.

 

Mikey is a strange bird indeed but I don't think its because he is ducking anybody. He was shelved for 2 years by Bob and now wants to make sure he gets his way. But OK no strings attached but what about purses. Fight fans can be pretty generous with other peoples money. That being said I will hold my future thoughts on who he fights next. If he fights a bum next then I might think otherwise.

 

Mikey sued Top rank back in early 2014 for his release. Lomachenko had like one professional fight and Manny was chasing Mayweather. As you know Manny has even left Top rank and is now suing them.

 

The little twat knows, he's been pushing bullcrap bout mikey through his paranoidAndroid account too. Keeps pulling same bullcrap lines out his ass even after being corrected. He's a tiny little man.

 

Whose complaining? Im sure we all know Spence is guna be too big and strong and has got to be nailed on to win this but i dont see people lining up in a rush to face Spence right now and Garcia is a hell of a fighter, those physical advantages are obvious to us so they will to both fighters so Garcia will work on how to atleast make Spence work for his advantages.

If Thurman, Khan, Pacquiao and the rest were all knocking at Spences door right now id rather any of them but they aint so **** it Garcia v Spence sounds good to me.
