No. Floyd's win over ODLH would still be superior. Oscar wasn't shot by any means. Past his prime? Sure. But at his level, being past prime still puts him above most others in the jrmw division at the time. At the very least, once could conclude Oscar was a top 2-3 JrMW when they fought.

Mikey has the division titles, but not the names. We can't just judge someone based on # of division titles anymore, because boxing has changed drastically over the years. The reason why the multiple division champions used to be revered was, it was more difficult 15+ years ago to accomplish this feat. Now a days, being a three weight champ isn't the feat it once was. It's too easy to pick and choose which titlist to go after.

Garcia is certainly one of the most talented fighters today. But of late, he's doing more name calling then facing the guys that could speed up his ascension to greatness.

You do realize that Chico fought at 130 after he lost to PBF and won a title there as well to don't you? Nothing but excuses.
