Canelo Vs Smith - 154 Lbs Sep 2016
Canelo vs Chavez Jr - 164 Lbs May 2017

After both weight ins, Canelo increased his weight with rehydrating. Both Weigh in's Canelo visibly looks roughly the same body fat %. Lets give him benefit of the doubt and say 20% of the increased size is fat. Still leaves around 7-8lbs of lean muscle mass in 8 months.

Lance, you said in a post that you went to college, so if you went to college I'm sure you needed to write up a research paper right? Did you not learn that if you're going to make a crazy and specific claim like "Canelo gained 8 pounds of muscle in 8 months" you need to back up your claim with some kind of source? Really Lance? You're dumb bro.

My take on those who get found to have banned substances in their bodies, is that if they have taken them in whatever form then a lifetime ban should be given, no ifs buts or maybes.

There would then be zero debate, if a athlete is not going to take care what they consume, especially one who is a multi millionaire like Canelo then tough luck, you should be out of our sport.

Boxing is the hurt game, any advantage a boxer gains through banned substances increases their ability to hurt their opponent, hurt too much and the opponent dies.

Zero tolerance will not happen as the 'cash cows' must be protected, be they Mexican cattle or not.

I just backed it up with Weigh-in's on fights with images to back up the claim. Where is canelo's extra "fatty weight" on his frame?

Do you know what a 175 pound person who is already lean looks like if they pack on an additional 8 pounds of muscle?

That's all great but he did better than anyone expected (and he said he thought he won the fight) so doesn't make sense to change it up. He still could've worked on his cardio without a drastic decrease in muscle.
I've done juice and the difference in Canelo looks just like a guy that came clean.
I think he's next to clean now and their focusing on speed and boxing, so if we thought Caneo backpeddled last fight, on boy. This is gonna be a track meet of all meets.

Than anyone expected? He wasn't much of an underdog according to the bookies and many people thought he was going to win more convincingly, myself included. I was actually very surprised and dissapointed to see how he seemed to tire around round 4.

Imo it makes perfect sense to focus on mostly on cardio. Canelo is already a naturally muscular and stalky guy. Ditch the added muscles and work on speed.

I didn't see a drastic decrease in muscle, I see a decrease, which tends to happen when your focus is stamina. Look at all the stamina freaks in boxing, Tito Trinidad, Antonio Margarito, Bernard Hopkins, all lean, all borderline Skinny.

Stamina was a big issue in the first fight. The added muscle was a factor in that imo.

I don't think he back peddled, he just didn't throw enough in some rounds. I have zero issues with fighters using defense so as long as they aren't running around.

For Canelo to win clearly he just needs to do exactly what he did in the first fight plus throw more punches, hence the reason they are working on his conditioning.

Haha, I think you got myself and @KiwiMan mixed up. Not hard to do with the similar names & lack of kiwi posters on this board

But yes, he will continue to duck. Unfortunately all of ISALs 'facts' are actually nonsense, created to back up his agenda.
